Refund policy

Since sales of dahlia tubers is seasonal, there will be NO CANCELLATION of orders as it will be difficult to resell them to others especially after several days/weeks when other growers are already open. Please plan your purchase very well and review your order to avoid errors. I can combine multiple orders. If a tuber does not survive the winter storage, I will refund the cost of the tuber. Please read the growing instructions that I will send and inspect the tubers as soon as you receive them. I will send tubers that are firm, healthy and with at least 1 eye. Some maybe small but size does not matter. Inform me of any problem within 7 days. If it's my fault I will refund the cost of the tubers, but if its the fault of the buyer, I can't refund the cost of the tubers.

I cannot be responsible for the lost of tubers due to customer's storage, weather/temperature and growing condition.
