SHIPPING POLICY

I will start shipping orders on April 1 through USPS within the USA only (no International shipping). Shipping before April 1 will be accommodated upon request but at your own risk. I make sure that the tubers I shipped have at least one eye. Before April 1, eyes are not yet visible and difficult to determine. Also, the tubers rot if temperature is below freezing. It’s your responsibility to determine if the temperature in your place of destination is above freezing and if it’s okay to ship the tubers. The shipping cost will be added to your cost upon check-out and is determined using Priority Mail flat rate as follows

ORDERING & COMBINE SHIPPING

Putting a tuber in your cart does not guarantee that you will get it until you have completed the checkout process. I would suggest to complete your purchases as soon as you can. Please don’t get mad at me if you don’t get the variety you want. I’m not a commercial grower and I only grow limited plants, thus, limited tubers. Some varieties may run out too fast. Also, some varieties may not be available for sale because either they rotted or not good tuber producer.

I will give free tubers for purchases of 10 or more plus free ageratum seeds for purchases of 20 or more. 

Due to high cost of handling and website maintenance, minimum purchase is $40.00.

I will combine shipping of 2 or more orders. After your first order enter code: COMBINE-SHP upon check-out so that you will not pay more shipping cost. But make sure that the shipping cost you paid in prior orders will be enough for the total tubers you ordered. Otherwise, I will deduct it from your tubers payment.


GUARANTEE

I guarantee that the tubers are true to the name, healthy and with at least one eye. However, I'm a human being and make mistakes. Since my dahlias are planted mixed together with other multiple varieties, there's a possibility that some might be labeled incorrectly. Send me a picture of the blooms on Facebook so that I can identify the variety. If you paid more than the actual plant you received, I will refund the excess.
